Shipping Policy
We use lower impact packaging. The boxes will be undyed and we do not use plastic except in the case that it is second-hand clean. In that case it is being repurposed. Most of our packing materials are recyclable.
Our products ship at a flat rate for courier and packaging fees, plus insurance calculated by item price.
Return and Exchange Policy
We stand behind our products and their craftsmanship! If for any reason you are not satisfied with them please reach out to us. For our smaller products, unused goods in like new condition can be return within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping cost. Custom products and large technologies such as our Cohere Meditation Mat, Core Harmonizer, Quantum Flo Unit and Whole House Signal EMF Harmonizer have a 25% restocking fee. After the 30 day window is closed, all sales are final. Prior authorization is necessary for a return. Just drop us an email. Thanks!
