Shipping Policy
We use lower impact packaging. The boxes will be undyed and we try to avoid using plastic except in the case that it is second-hand clean. In that case it is being repurposed. Most of our packing materials are recyclable.

We ship both USPS and UPS and that is determined on both cost, speed and where it is shipping to.
International Shipping Policy
With international orders (outside the United States) you should be aware that your country may charge an import duty. We don't have anything to do with these fees. We only charge for the shipping. The import duties are something that each country implements on their own and we have no control over unfortunately. Depending on the country these import duties can sometimes be pretty expense even upwards of 20-30% of the cost of the initial order and possibly more. It is something to be aware of and something you may want to look into prior to ordering. To place an International order please email us your complete mailing address, phone number, and what product(s) you are interested in and we will email you an invoice payable online and then ship your order out to you. As soon as we send out your order we will also email you a tracking number. Thanks!

Return and Exchange Policy
We stand behind our products and their craftsmanship! If for any reason you are not satisfied with them please reach out to us. For our smaller products, unused goods in like new condition can be return within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund of the purchase price less the shipping cost. Custom products and large technologies such as our Cohere Meditation Mat, Core Harmonizer, Quantum Flo Unit and Whole House Signal EMF Harmonizer have a 25% restocking fee. After the 30 day window is closed, all sales are final. Prior authorization is required for a return. Just drop us an email. Thanks!
